After receiving your request:
You will receive a booking letter by e-mail with the information about the booking and an invoice for the prepayment of 50% of the total rental price. This prepayment must be paid within 10 days to make your booking final.
The second payment (50%) must be paid one month before arrival. We have strict payment rules. This means that in case of late prepayment (longer than 10 days) the villa will be released for rental again. You have to take into account that even if you do not pay the remaining amount of 50% of the rent in time and we dissolve the rental agreement for that reason, no refund of the prepayment will take place. We do not charge a deposit. Please report damage caused by you to our local supervisor. By making the payment you subscribe the house rules and you indemnify the owners of the villas for all liability for personal damage or damage to goods during your stay.
Cancellation
We will not charge the remaining 50% of the total rent if for any reason you have to cancel the booking up to 1 month before the start of the rental period. If cancelled within one month before arrival there will be no refund. We advise you to consider a good travel insurance.
